When I was young, I took a couple years of college experience at Bentley College, and they had a lot of different philosophies in business they tried to teach me but none of them were to do with ethics models or any way that you would approach your business in a way that serves the customer, it was all to do with how to make money. And I read a book shortly after I left college by a guy named Pete Peters whose whole philosophy was to focus on the customer and to focus on doing the job as best you can. The book was in search of excellence. And he said that if you search for excellence and practice your excellence every day, you don’t have to worry about the money, because the money and success will follow. And that’s the simple philosophy is to just focus on doing our job the best we can every day and let success follow us, and it has.
