Residential jobs typically take two days. We would prep the first day and do the base coat and we would do the top coat the next day. And both coatings are very high performance coatings, the same as we would use in most industrial environments but they’re just applied thinner and less expensively and faster. So the surface prep is the same – shot blast, diamond grind always on concrete substrates, we always do that. If there’s something on your floor now, we take it off usually with a diamond grinder and then we replace it with ours. What we put on residential floors becomes part of the floor. It has the same pencil strength and the same PSI as the concrete itself. And once we coat it, you’ve got a new surface of concrete basically on your floor as far as you’re concerned, only beautiful and cleanable.
