Massey Systems at Pepperell Place is an example of a floor that preemptive testing gave us the opportunity to be successful. Otherwise, this would have been a catastrophic failure. Preemptive testing, which is not done by every contractor and certainly not recommended by every manufacturer is done routinely by us and routinely by contractors and suppliers that we deal with. It prevents problems that would be catastrophic. This project was unique in the prep work we needed to complete before placing a new floor system in place. Testing showed this floor had a high sodium containment that would cause long-term problems. We worked to alleviate this issue before installing the final product for this location.
